Working on the blog section of our site. I can’t seem to find anywhere to change the colour of the area where it lists the catergories.

As seen here – Image of issue

The easiest manual (hard-coded) way would be to override the color using a little custom css that you can enter into the “Custom CSS” field available in “Theme Options” -> “General Options” or you could also use a child-theme to store all your changes. You can use the starter one we provide along with the main theme and add the code into child-theme.css.

An example of the code you can use:

More advanced way would be to use a child theme and override the blog php templates by adding color1 – colorN classes to the code. In this way even if you change the color in Theme Options it will also get changed in the categories bar as it will not be manually entered via css.
