Could you be more specific? Maybe provide a link and describe which part you would like to change.

If it is in header, footer, background and basically the “structure” of the page then it is under “Appearance -> Theme Options”.

If it is in the content then just edit the current element.

1. Edit the page
2. Edit the blue row’s settings
3. Change the clouds video link or leave them empty
4. Change the backup video image or remove it
5. Set the background image for the row.

Similarly as in the image below:

boldial_background_row_image_opacity
