Sure you can.

1. Tagline next to the logo
If you mean the tagline next to the Site’s Logo then use the following custom CSS code which you can enter in the “Custom CSS” field under Theme Options or via child-theme.css in the starter child theme we provided along with the theme:

2. Taglines – Pages’ titles

If you need to change the font size of the Main Taglines that show the Page Title and Sub-title:

Feel free to use “!important” if necessary. Whenever you need to change anything feel free to right-click it and use “Inspect Element” functionality (E.g. in Chrome) This will show you what css styles have been applied so you can simply see the css selector we have used and use it to override the css property by yourself.
