All is ok, but the ‘color settings’ under the ‘custom taglines’ aren’t..

Custom post types are not made to support these fields as we do not know if they should and how these CPTs are used.

To enable them please read this topic:

Overwrite Custom Meta Box in child theme to be displayed on CPT
