Hi – When I have WPBakery Visual Composer activated nothing below the header and menu appears. It’s just a gray screen. I currently have the plugin deactivated. However, if you’d like to login to see what is occurring and activate the plugin I can provided login details.

I’ve contacted the developer of WPBackery Visual Composer and he/she said that:
“The issue is because there is an inbuilt version of Visual Composer (or the related code) present in your theme which is overriding the standalone plugin version and hence causing the issue. You will have to get rid of it. I would advise you to do so with the help of theme author, otherwise you might loose the extra elements added by him. Once this is done, you can install the standalone plugin and it will work fine. Kindly check.”

I’d like to keep the elements that you added and also use those of the standalone plugin.
    Thank you for any help.
