We still haven’t received the password to the admin but anyway please first check this.

It seems your Contact Form 7 plugin is either not installed or not Activated. Please make sure to activate it.

If it is already activated please check whether the shortcode with the id is correct. In the admin section go to “Contact” and next to the “Contact form 2” you should see the correct shortcode that needs to be entered in the Contact Us page.
