yep we see the same, Contact FOrm 7 plugin is not able to send an email. We cannot say for sure, but it could be because of your hosting / server configuration. Or maybe because of another plugin conflicts.

Could you please try to deactivate all the plugins (is you use any) you use on your WordPress installation and try it then? To see if it’s not because of an conflict with any other plugins.

If it not help please create an account for us on your WP installation and send us private message with login pass. We will need to investigate it.

Please check with your hosting provider if you are able to use the mail() function and to help you debug why the e-mails are not send as there should be no problem.

Also check the Contact Form 7 support:

We suspect a server configuration problem and only they could help you debug that.
