My contact form is not submitting right…I get this prompt “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method”. Not sure what’s going on.

Have you set correctly the email address to which the data should be sent? It is in the Contact Form 7 configuration. “Contact” from the left menu, and then choose and edit the right contact form and make sure the receiver’s email is not empty.

We have just tested the form and got a success message. Is the problem still present?

This is a Contact Form 7 Plugin related problem. Please try to contact their support as they will be able to help more accurately.

Do you get success message but the message is not sent? Have you checked your spam/junk mail folder? Is the e-mail where the results are sent on Gmail or what server is it on?

The contact form submits successfully but I don’t receive the email on my end…I’ve been checking my spam/junk folders and see nothing there. I’ve listed my yahoo email as the receiver email…I’m thinking to change it and see if that solves my problem. What would you suggest I do? Thanks again.

Yes, try it in order to identify the source of the problem. As suggested in the post above also try CF7 support as they are the creators and can point you in the right direction.
