Where can I customize the colors and texts of the comments section at the end of an article ?

I already found some text to change in comments.php as you can see.
But I have trouble finding where to change what in the css file.

The colors are automatically used from the theme option’s settings. The body text and “color5” which is the main color of the theme. There is no separate option to control these colors.

You could override them with custom CSS.
