Could you be more specific? Do you mean the custom CSS or the dynamic one? Do you have main-option.css included into the head? If not then the CSS in the HTML code is a fallback mechanism in case your server does not allow the theme to create the necessary css file. You might have to update the permissions to your uplaods folder to make it work.

Please provide a link and specify which css code you mean. thanks.

It seems like your server does not allow the theme to overwrite the files in wp_uploads folder. The theme tries to create a dynamic css in this place:

wp-content/uploads/minicorp_css/main-options.css

If it cannot do so, the theme loads the dynamic css into the content.
Try giving WordPress the rights to write and overwrite the files in this folder.

The css file is created (or at least the theme tries to) when you click the “Save All Changes” button in Theme Options.
