Dashboard is not loading

Hi, :D
Im using the boldial Theme and am very happy with it. But for some unkown reason I can´t use the Dashboard anymore :/ It just happens 3 days ago. I can go to the admin Panel but after im try to login its not working its loading but can´t find the Page. I need to try it 2-3 times and have to wait until the page loade. But its not only me.. one of my costumer that use the same theme got the same problem.

She can´t Login and no matter how many time she or me trying to login, its not loading.

Hey,

Do you have any JavaScript errors once you log-in to the back-end?

Please try to de-activate all 3rd party plugins to ensure none of them causes the problem. If the problem is resolved then activate them one by one to see which one breaks the back-end.

Hi, Thanks for the replay.

I Already testing it but there is no change. i found out that if i delet the function.php on theme/boldial/function.php i can get into the backend but if i put in in again its not working… so i was deleting it and install it again but the problem didn´solve :/

it´s loading and after a while its say “Page cannot loade”

1. I was deleting the plugins with the ftp but it didn´t work
2. I was deleting the function.php on theme/boldial/funcion.php i get acces to the dashboard.
3. Updatin everything didn´t work
4. New Installing the theme didn´work

Is it something with the function.php? Or with the Datebase?

Hey,

There is no problem with the theme itself as you are the only user experiencing this. Have you checked the PHP Error logs? They will sure have more information about the problem.

Also please contact your hosting server support team to help you out identify what causes the error. Once we know what it is, we can find a way to fix it ;)

Please let us know once you have any update.

Also it might be a good idea to temporarily switch to DEBUG mode to see if what errors are shown:

Also when you access the dashboard page, what HTTP Response code do you get? 200, 404, 500, 403, …?

Thanks.. somhowe after i activating the debug…. everything startet to working again Oo. I don´t know whats the problem was… but it works :D

Thank u very much! I love the Theme and the support. Some of my Costumer asking me for a nice theme i will reccomen it ;)

Hehe, glad to hear that it works ;) Hope the problem is not hidden somewhere.

Thank you very much. We would really love that! All our themes are very similar in terms of functionality so either the funky Boldial, Corporate Multicorp, Polygon NO8, etc.. they will all provide you the same level of comfort and customizability.
