I’m using Wampserver in local host…is that normal? ALso if i create a new page, if i try to preview it, it doesn’t work, it give me a 404 NOT FOUND page.

Seems like you have some problems with the rewrite rules in the wampserver. This problem seems to be more “Server -> WordPress” related than a theme problem.

Maybe try MAMP or XAMPP or check for a solution regarding Wampserver and WordPress. E.g:

Apache>Apache modules> Scroll down to rewrite_module and click it. Once you do this the pages should work immediately.
