Category pages are “virtual” dynamic pages and they can only be edited by editing the “archive.php” file as there is no physical representation of these categories within WordPress.

E.g.:
https://www.yhmcare.com/index/category/general-health-wellness/

You could however create a regular page and use the “recent blog posts” shortcode to display items from one specific category only.
