Please try removing the “wp-cron.php” from the root of the WordPress folder. Also ensure there is no:

define('DISABLE_WP_CRON', 'true');

In the wp-config.php in your WordPress installation (more about the file: https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php)

Please let us know if the removal of “wp-cron.php” helped solve the problem.

I deleted the account, repoened it, everything is fine now.
