The script returned the following message:

Seems like the error occurs during the demo content import process. Which means the theme has been installed correctly.

From the error, it seems the import process was run more than just once and some of the content has already been imported. Since the import process was run more than once, you might have duplicit post, pages, widgets etc..

Are you importing it on a Windows or Linux installation? Have you tried the manual import steps? If not, please try them manually as your server might be terminating the import script due to long execution time.

Seems like you need to increase the Memory limit of your PHP server. Currently it is 64MB. Please set it to at least 96MB as you will be facing such errors. It will not be only with the theme, but as you can see with third party plugins as well.
