Long time ago I bought two licences for kreo. Now I have a question concerning an error on a database. I know this is not part of your support by I can’t find the error. Maybe you have time and are willing to help me.

you can see the error under domains, written:

I checked the config.php but I can’t find the error.

and other questions: do you plan to code new wordpress themes in the next time?

Most probably this was a server issue. They might have been changing something, restarting server, etc.. Gotta check with them. Basically your site could not connect to the database server to get all the data it uses.

A second cause of the problem might be caching so meake sure to clear/re-fresh all the caches if you are using a plugin. if you remove it and go check the back-end WordPress should automatically disable it. You can the re-enable and purge cache.

We think the problem was caused on the side of your hosting company. Definitely something with the server.

We are already working on new themes but a little different approach than using a content builder :) although you will still be able to use such plugins. Just they will not be built-in in the theme. In this way you will be able to keep your content in any theme.
