You might have some JavaScript problem. Make sure there is none. Are you using visual composer as a plugin or just as it came with the theme? Do you have Visual plugin installed?

Could you create an administrator username for us and tick that the password should be sent automatically? Our e-mail is hello@ishyoboy.com

They seems to be something wrong with your server. It takes veeeery long to respond plus it seems it triggers errors on the back-end which definitely should not be there. moreover SVG files are missing as well. The iconic font seems to be missing as well..

What is your hosting provider? Do they have the servers optimized for WordPress?

Have you tried removing the theme completely and uploading it again? Did this solve the problems?

If not, Is there a chance you could re-install your whole WordPress from scratch?
