FancyBox not working as WooCommerce loads jQuery second time

Hello, I’ve created a dev site with Leepho, and I’m having trouble with a few javascript issues. Fancybox isn’t working for linked images, for example.

I figured out what the problem was, so I thought I’d share it, in case anyone else is having the same trouble. The WooCommerce plugin was loading jQuery a second time.
