When I activate the “assets” plugin fatal memory errors are thrown. The theme works fine, but once that plugin is activated memory issues begin appearing and I lose access to the admin panel. Only way around is to rename plugin directory and refresh admin site – then deactivate the plugin. Interestingly enough this only affects the back-end. The user interface (customer facing) works perfectly and displays without error with the plugin active.

I deactivated all Boldial plugins, deleted them from directory and then reinstalled and reactivated each one individually instead of all together (wordpress suggestion) – and it is working now :)
