I can’t find the file history for the posts, articles, portfolio items. Normaly it is in the widget Publishing. Every time I edit a pot or an item there must be an revision, so I can go back if I make a mistake. Where Can I find it?

this is standard WP functionality, you should see that by editing your post or page in the top right corner of the page.

revision

If you don’t see the row “Revisions”, probably you don’t have nothing revision.

And also check if this option is checked in screen options:
