It also appears that the file is not cacheable so it needs to loaded every time.
This is not really a problem but maybe you guys have some tips to make things move a little faster :)

The mentioned file is a font containing all icons (https://fontello.com/). As a performance customization we might suggest you to download a “minified” version from fontello.com containing only the graphics you would like to use and not all icons and replace the ones used by Minicorp with it. Jut make sure all icons that are used across all pages are there.

Secondly, try using a caching plugin which groups all CSS files, Javascript Files etc. into a single file, minifies them and reduces the time load. Maybe try:

WP Super Cache

which might give you a really great performance boost. Just make sure to play around with all its configuration to take take most of it.
