Each Language has its own ThemeOptions settings. So once you have all languages set in WPML.

Please have a look in the documentation and read the “WPML – Multilingual CMS” section for more detailed information.

So to sum up:
– Go to Theme Options
– Change the language to the one you want to make the change for
– Change the content of the legals.
