The question is how can I supply the same footer in the Demo ?

Note: it’s a fresh install of wordpress and I have imported the Demo Data.

Have you imported the demo data manually or using the one click demo data import available in Theme Options? The widgets are imported only using the automatic way as WordPress does not export those by default.

You could use this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-settings-importexport/

and manually import the file:
wp-content/themes/multicorp/assets/framework/wp/includes/demo-widgets.json

This will import all widgets as per our live preview.
