I cannot get the images to be ‘full slide’ like in the first 2 slides.

I can only get a faded background effect (as per slide 3/4)

Have you set the “Slide type” to be “Image” in the right hand column of your 2 slidea details?

Yes, You need to set the Image as a featured image. Just check the documentation regarding “Ishyoboy Slider”.

Create new slides for existing Slider:

  • – From the navigation sidebar on the left in the administration click on “Slides -> Add New Slide”.
  • – Enter the title which will be displayed over the image in the slide.
    Choose the slider type. Whether it’s an image or content slide
  • – Image slide: Select the image by clicking on “Set featured image” from the box in the right column.
  • – Content slide: Select the featured image, which will be used as content background image, from the box in the right column. Use the visual editor to add any content.
  • – Enter the URL to which the slide image should link to and decide if it should open in a new window.
  • – From the boxes on the right tick the slider in which the current slide should be displayed.
  • – In the attributes box set the order of the current slide within the selected slider.
  • – Click the “Publish” button on the right top and the slide is ready.
    Repeat these steps with all slides.
