Header logo blur

Hi, I am configuring the minicorp template for my website but the logo appears blur. I tried inserting the logo into a post and compare it and the post is clear. The logo is in png-24 and I tried sizes length 476, 220, 180px. Do you have any suggestions? My site is http://www.businessstartupwisdom.com

I realize it is only blur on Firefox. Not sure why. Let me know if you do know. Thanks! I’m a beginner…

Hey,

Just viewed the page both in FF and Chrome and the logo does not seem blurred at all. Could you maybe please provide a screenshot and your Operating System version, Firefox version and your screen resolution?

Hi, sorry for delay in reply, was super busy last 2 days. Not sure how to upload a picture here of my screenshot. Do you have an email I can email to? I’m using FF 27.0.1 and my windows 7 is service pack 1. My Chrome version is 32.0.1700.107 m. On Chrome it looks clear

I think I can solve the issue by changing the logo size but current preset sizes are too large. At the moment my logo size is 180x85px. Is there an option for this or do I have to do it in CSS? I’m not a webtech so not as familiar with this but if you show me the code I can change it. Thanks!

Hey,

The logo is never set to be scaled so it should not be blurred. We just tested your link in FF 27.0.1 and the image is not blurred at any window size. You can send the image to hello@ishyoboy.com

There are no pre-set sizes for the logo. You need to upload it in full-size. So the size you want it to be in. Maybe try to upload an image in different sizes?

Hi Dan,

Thanks for the image. We think the logo is blurred due to a zoom (not the default one) in your browser. Please try to press “CTRL + 0” this should zoom-out the page to the default (100%) zoom and in this state the logo will be clear. Unfortunately the browsers are made to zoom the images and the they look “bluured” but 97% of your visitors will be viewing the page without zoom.

What you could do to try to make it work better is to add the following CSS code to the “Custom CSS” field:

.logo img{
	max-width: 210px;
	height: auto;
}

.logo img{

max-width: 210px;

height: auto;

}

And then upload a bigger logo of around 400px in width. Not sure if this will solve the issue but it might.
