have you imported all demo content? If so you should have the page available. If not, you could import the demo pages only using the pages XML provided in the demo content files. Please follow the instructions in the documentation to import the file.

done the page should be available between all your pages and its slug should be “home-alt-3”. To set it as homepage make sure to go to Settings -> Reading and set it as Front Page.
