If you mean the dark social bar under the Page Title or Taglines. Then open “Theme Options” -> “General Options” -> “Social icons”.

You will see the list of all icons:

You can simply add a new icon and set the URL to be “mailto:your-email@your-domain.com”. E.g.:

[ish_icon icon="ish-icon-email" icon_url="mailto:your-email@your-domain.com" bg_color="#00acee" text_color="#ffffff" global_atts="yes" tooltip="Email Me" tooltip_color="color1" tooltip_text_color="color3"]

Now hit the “Save All Changes” and check the front-end.

P.S. To change the icon you need to update the “icon” attribute with the correct class name. To find it out, check this topic:
