You can edit the PHP Templates. Try “header.php” and “footer.php” But please be sure you know what you’re doing as it might break your layout if incorrect code is entered.

P.S. We recommend using a child theme to edit the files rather than editing them directly in the theme as you will lose your changes in the next theme update.
