How to change the “wave” menu icon?

Hi Kreo

I don’t like the Menu Icon (that looks like a wave). How can I chance it?

it’s really simple. Open the file “kreo/assets/functions/nav.php”and on line 329 to 402 you will find declaration of 2 php functions:

Copy their code into the your child theme’s functions.php file, and in these functions search for “ish-icon-waves-outline”. It’s used 3 times here. Simply replace this icon class name with the one you like more (from fontello icon included in the Kreo theme – to find the class name, add an icon page element using the page builder to an empty page and when selecting the right icon, keep the mouse over it for a while and its class name will pop-out).

Now make sure to upload and activate the child theme.

Hi I need your support,
I already changed this icon in my Inverto v1.3 theme but, I cannot see the icon in the most of browser. I can see that change only if I use Safari.
I just made all steps of this topic

I can imagine that it is a browser’s cache memory issue but the site it is already on-line and the users have same issue, they cannot see the new icon that I changed.

Any suggestion please?

Hi there,

we see already new icon on your web, not the “wave” one. Very probably is just a matter of cache. In case you use some kind of caching plugin on your web try to clear the cache there as well.
