I have only a few options to select in the Theme Options but I want my own options. How can I customize and then select that set to appear in that area along with the social links.

The top bar displays Social links and a Menu.

To create your own menu, just navigate to “Appearance -> Menus”, create a new menu and then head back to Theme Options to set that the top header bar should use the given menu.

Hope I understood it well.

Cheers
