The necessary steps are:

1. Create a new menu with all the links under “Appearance” -> “Menus”
2. Create a new sidebar under “Appearance” -> “Sidebars” or use existing one
3. Add the menu as a widget to this sidebar in “Appearance” -> “Widgets”. Either using the WP default “Custom Menu” widget or by using a shortcode like shown here https://themes.ishyoboy.com/minicorp/wp/shortcodes/menu/.
4. Go to the page where you want to display it and edit its settings and set the sidebar you have just created. Now repeat the step for every page you need to show it on.

If you wish to display the sidebar on EVERY PAGE then go to “Theme Options” -> “General Option” -> “Regular Pages Sidebar” and set it there.

P.S.: Any page which has its sidebar set to anything else than “Default” will override the “global” setting.
