Could you please provide a link to the mentioned page? There must be a JS Error happening preventing it to load correctly. What is your web browser btw?

Regarding the About page, the data is loaded from the setting of the user you have chosen in the settings of the page. So to change the text next to the image you need to go to “Users” pick the correct user and change their description.
