Please see the attached snap shot for your review. i cannot find a way to attached the snapshot for you on this site.

just wrap it in a media query for devices smaller than 480px;

The yellow line below the logo is not an indication of the menu but a decoration object. You can see it is available under the logo on the desktop version as well.

Feel free to remove it:

Delete the line under the logo

Or re-style it to move it either to the left or the right ;)

Regarding the Affiliate Plugin, please open a new topic as the name of this one is “How to left align the logo and right align the menu button on mobile view”.
