The “Sample Page” is the title of the “Sample page” it is being displayed in the lead section. So when you edit the page scroll down to the lead area and un-tick it so that it does not display..

Hmm.. Now I think the problem might be elsewhere. Have you followed all the “First Steps” from the documentation and have you set the Main menu? If not, the problem is identical to the following one:
