all images are set to full width or full height. It depends on image resolution.
Many of your images have small gap on the left and right side and in case they are set to full height they are cropped from left and right side.

You can resolve this issue by adjusting your images to format 4:3.

And for the remaining problems please open new topics, not to mix many problems in one topic. So users can easily find solutions. ;)

The problem is that if we tried to fit the uploaded image into the portfolio cube it would not fit and each cube would be of a different height which would result in a mess. This is why it is made to always fit the cube, however in some cases this means that the image is stretched to a bigger width than is visible in the cube. The cube proportions are 4:3 therefore if you need your images to be displayed completely, you need to ensure the aspect ratio of your uploaded images is 4:3.

You can open your original image in any image editing software (PhotoShop, Gimp, and many others…) and resize it to 4:3. This might mean to add additional “white” space around your logo.

E.g: this is the original image and the new one with 4:3 proportions:

There are plenty of tutorials on how to do this. Use google to find a good one.
