Yes, it is possible but you will have to have some basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (or find a person who does to do it for you).

To use the mentioned font you will have to link it manually using CSS styles and then use custom CSS styling to set it for the headlines. The “Custom CSS” and “Custom Scripts” fields under “Theme Options -> General Options” will come in handy when you do it as you can link most of the files through there ;)
