unfortunately I can not upload the theme.
After I select the zip-file and click Install, the following message appears

The link you followed has expired.
Please try it again.

what am I doing wrong?

The error message might mean that there is an upload file size limit and the theme should be either installed via FTP, or call your hosting company and ask them to increase the limit, providing the following information: upload_max_filesize and post_max_size and ask them to set it to 40MB.

Please let us know if that helped. If not, please try to deactivate all unused plugins as some of them might be causing a problem.
