could you please let us know on which pages exactly you’ve inserted the codes and use the plugin to show ads?

Also have you tried this plugin before with different theme? Was it working without problems?

We assume that plugin does nothing else than displaying google ads so there shouldn’t be any problem regarding compatibility with our theme.

Maybe you could try to deactivate our theme and try plugin on default WordPress theme (2014 / 2015). To see if it’s just wrong plugin settings or some real compatibility issue.
