The mentioned zip file is only the Demo content of the slider available on the top of this page:

It is not the Revolution Slider Plugin itself, but the exported slider in case you want to use it with your Revolution Slider. So if you own a copy of the Revolution Slider Plugin (could also be from another theme) make sure to install it and then import this demo content using the Revolution Slider’s import setting.

If you do not own this slider either consider purchasing it or use any other free or premium slider plugin to reproduce the slider.

Yes, Revolution plugin is payed plugin. Inverto is fully compatible with all mentioned plugins (Revolution Slider, Layer Slider, Woocommerce, WPML). We didn’t want to include all these plugins into theme because most of the users already have these plugins (from previous usage) and the theme would be too huge with all these plugins included. Simply put, our approach is “keep it simple” and let user decide what they need ;) Hope it fine for you and sorry for (unintentional) misunderstanding

By the icons, did you mean the sharing icons on the right hand of the screen when viewing the theme preview? If so, then these are added by Smart Layers by AddThis Plugin. It’s free so simply install it an choose which icons to show. https://wordpress.org/plugins/addthis-smart-layers/
