We’re really sorry you’re facing installation issues, but we’re sure with a little bit of our help you will be able, and you will see, that it’s really super easy ;)

First of all we highly recommended to read our Documentation which is stored in the main zip file “boldial-wp-main.zip”, folder “Documentation”. The most important part if “First Steps”. We’re sure after reading it you will be without problems able to install and change anything in your theme.

we’ve checked one of your page and we’re glad to see you made it without problems. It’s really easy to set all things up, it’s basically just one button ;)

Regarding the images we explained the issue in the previous topics. We cannot include them into theme due to licensing.

PS: regarding the video, we’ve been thinking about it but we really don’t see big plus from it because we’re already trying to do installation process and setting up of our theme as easy as possible. With one-click demo data import it’s really just a matter of reading documentation and one click to import all the content.

Of course we would be glad to hear what exactly was the biggest problem so we can re-think it and make it even easier / simpler for the future updates / themes.

It’s because you were trying to import it more than once which is not suggested and necessary. Always import demo data just once and if you have to do it again, for whatever reason, before importing please delete all the content (pages, posts, enus, widgets). If you don’t do that you will have duplicated content because WordPress don’t overwrite the old one.
