I updated the last boldial version and also IshYoBoy Boldial Assets plugin, and now visual composer does not let me edit pages. I also see the shortcodes on my hompage. Any idea?

thanks for credentials. We’ve checked your page and there is version 1.5 of theme and plugin installed. However the latest update of the Boldial theme is version 2.4. Very probably this is the reason why VC is not working.

Please download the latest Boldial version 2.4 in your Themeforest account download section and update it. It will fix the issue.

So I have activated the latest estable version for my site to keep it online.

Seems like the “Runit_d” folder is broken. How did you upload it. The best way to update a theme is as suggested in the documentation.

1. Deactivate the theme
2. Back it up via FTP and remove the “wp-content/themes/boldial/” either via FTP or Delete it via wordpress.
3. Deactivate and delete IshYoBoy Boldial Assets plugin.
4. Once NO boldial theme is available and NO Assets plugin. Upload the latest thene – best option is via WordPress admin as sometimes FTP does not upload all files and it ends with errors.
5. Make sure WordPress is at latest version (4.5.2)
6. Activate the theme.
7. Install the Assets plugin.
8. Activate the Assets Plugin.
9. Done
