I just installed Nalleto on WordPress 3.8 and it is not displaying properly. I tried re-downloading, deleting and reinstalling it, but this still did not solve the problem. I haven’t made any changes and all the files appear to be fine.

Seems like you have missed one of the steps in the “First Steps” section in the documentation provided along with the theme. And mainly to set which menu the theme should use as a main navigation. Please review it again and get back to us if you’re still unable to set it.
