Regarding your logo problem it’s because logo hes set 50px max height because of design point of view. If you would like to change it please navigate to “Theme Options -> General Options -> Custom CSS” and paste this little snippet there:

Just change “100px” to any value that fits you the best. Hope it will help.

The “sticky” menu has a smaller size to take just a small part of the screen. This is why the logo needs to be smaller. You could either turn of the sticky menu completely in Theme Options or change the height of the sticky navigation in Theme Options in Header Options tab.
