We have any problems after the update in wp 3.4.1 with boldial 2.0, the theme lose all the format, for example,the headline became paragraph from H2 and the icon goes on top from sx alignament.
We have also another problem: the skills bars became “strong” after an update for a simple change d in D.

please, first update both the theme and the plugin. All necessary instructions are in the documentation. You should have seen update notification within the back-end of your theme and Plugin. Also ThemeForest sends a notification e-mail if you have set to receive it.

I updated my theme at the version 2.1 but our solution doesn’t work, and the problem is always the same. I try to analyze the problem, in my opinion the problem is about the Visual composer that generate a “blank line” before the our text. I attached a picture before and after to save it.

3)after adjust a text element with a visual composer

So, if I remove all the “blank line” in the editor and the page will show correctly.

Once Boldial updated to v2.1 you NEED to clear your browser’s cache memory in order to make Visual Composer output the content correctly.

Once done, please edit the problematic elements and re-save them. All will work correctly again.

P.S. Ensure you are not using Visual Composer as a separate plugin. If so please disable it and do all the mentioned steps again.
