The site is medicalimagemanagement.com. I just switched from Joomla to WP and having to relearn a bit.

7. Create a navigation Menu and set it
Navigate to “Appearance -> Menus”. If no menu exist please create a new one and add you pages to it.

Do not forget to set it to be used in “Main menu” area. Ignoring this step might lead to navigation problems (displaying all pages vertically) and its incorrect display. For more information about WordPress menus, please visit https://codex.wordpress.org/Appearance_Menus_Screen
