Modifying Ishyoboy Slider

I am hoping to have a slideshow where I can have the banner image not faded out and the HTML not modified (eg, have a signup form laying on a solid advertising image banner). At the moment the ‘content’ slider will fade out the image, while the ‘image’ slider will add background box around the text/HTML code.

When I dig into the details, I noticed changing CSS won’t help because the inline code will overwrite it. I don’t want to change the PHP codes because I don’t want to branch out for future updates. What’s the best way to achieve what I am trying to do?

Hi 2080solutions,

we’re not sure if we understand exactly what you mean. But if you would like to remove white background from content slider and make bg image 100% visible please paste the following code into Minicorp’s Theme Options -> General Options -> Custom CSS:

.ish-slider .slide-content > .row {
	background: none !important;
}

.ish-slider .slide-content > .row {

background: none !important;

}

Please let us know if this is what you need.

Seems to work, except I have to remove the ‘>’ sign
