this navigation bar is showing up only on this page. I have tried all the settings I can think of, where did it come from? How can I get rid of it?

It is from the demo (the social links are Kreo’s) , but the page I put it on is a new one.

I’m sure it’s a simple fix, but I’ve been stuck on it all evening!

It is either a global breadcrumbs option under “Theme Options -> Global Options -> Breadcrumbs Bar” or a setting on the given page. To turn it off for this page only, edit it, and turn it off in the right column of the page edit window. To turn the breadcrumbs bar completely on any page, change it under Theme Options.
