I’m using No8 theme obn this website.
I’d like to know if it’s possible to do this:

I’d like to display projects on two different pages.
In the homepage I’d like to display what I call “highlights”, in another page, called projects, i’d like to show all the projects.

So, I created a specific category and I applied it to some projects. When I try to edit portfolio settings so it shows only a specific category, it doesn’t work. I mean, I select the category from the list, then I save and update, but when I get back to the settings the category is disappeared and the portfolio shows all the categories.

What could this be related to?

This should work fine. Could you please try to remove the portfolio page element completely and add it again from scratch. It might have contained some imported data which break the functionality on your server.

Problem identified and resolved. Unfortunately we do not have rights to access your server and modify the files on it. This change will be a part of the next theme update so you are safe to update the files directly.

Please locate through FTP the following file:
wp-content/plugins/ishyoboy-no8-assets/ishyoboy-shortcodes/assets/backend/js/vc_params/ish_autosuggest.js

And replace it with its new version:
Fixed – ish_autosuggest.js

Please make sure to clear your browser’s cache memory once the file is replaced so that the newer version is loaded. All should work fine then.
