Purchased and installed theme yesterday and followed process of importing dummy content. However, as you can see here https://bit.ly/1gqQTnd the main images are missing – svg icons etc ok, but large image content areas missing.

Can you help me out?

ThemeForest does not allow us to provide the images along with the theme due to license reasons. So they were replaced with a gray placeholder. We have provided the images sources, however, so you can download and use the ones you like. We recommend https://unsplash.com/ and https://picjumbo.com/

Anyway we guess you are not going to use the very same images ;)

Sorry to barge in but I too am having the same issue. Purchased the theme yesterday but it seems I am missing all the main image content like Cotty1982 said I can see all the icons just the main images are missing.

I just noticed the reply above.

That is a real pity that we don’t have access to those images.

I was hoping since purchasing the theme that we could gain access to all the information we see as this was a point that drew us to purchasing the item. (With previous themes we haven’t had a problem when it came to using the template images that were shown on the live preview.)

If the template portfolio images are under copyright is it possible to use the flat images such as the computer and phone etc? Would love to use these to showcase our work.

Any help would be appreciated.

The problem seems to be your server. It sends the SVG images back to the browser but instead of specifying that they are SVG files it sends them as plain text and thus the browser does not know that they are SVG files.

Please check this thread:

Also you could google for “apache image/svg+xml” to find more information.

It could also be a very good idea to consult this with your hosting provider’s support team as they should know how to solve this quickly and effectively.

If you are facing issues or negative approach from your hosting provider you may want to consider other providers as it is very important to have a quick reactivity from them whenever a problem shows up. We recommend BlueHost but there are also plenty of other very great providers you can always rely on.
