Great theme. I’m getting the hang of it slowly but surely :)

I am having an issue with the one page feature. It was working but now it is partially working – soundmixology.com/new

Thank you very much. We’re very happy to hear you are satisfied with it! The problem is that the URL in your links in the menu:

https://www.soundmixology/new/one-page/#testimonials

Does not match the real URL which is:

https://www.soundmixology.com/new/#testimonials

I guess it worked before you have set the page as Homepage. Once this was done the URLs have changed and this is the reason why the menu does not highlight the sections. Just change them to the correct URL and all will be working like charm again.

1. I see that it works now after the change. However, I’m confused when to use /one-page/ and when to not use it.

2. If you go to https://www.soundmixology.com/new/ and click on the online menu. It takes you down and then the link doesn’t work “Or have a look at our contact page”. The link for Contact Page is https://www.soundmixology/new/one-page/#contact.

3. The site https://www.soundmixology/new/ is loading funny on the iOS Google Chrome. Any idea why that is?

4. When you go the FAQ page – https://www.soundmixology.com/new/faq/, clicking on the home button doesn’t work. What do you recommend here?

1) The “https://…/one-page/” should be used only when you are on a page with such URL.
For example on “https://…/contact/” page. If you have a section with an id “map” then the url you have to use would be “https://…/contact/#map”.

The confusion in this case comes from the fact that although the slug of the page is “one-page” the url does not use it. The reason is because this page is set as homepage and the homepage never has a slug. You should always use the url which the final users see.

So if you then change your homepage url from “https://www.soundmixology/new/” to “https://www.soundmixology/” you will have to make sure the links in the menu are “https://www.soundmixology/#contact.” instead of “https://www.soundmixology/new/#contact.”

4) I have tried all FAQ links, also in both directions in and out from FAQs. Logo as well, as it has the same link as Home button. All good. I see you use super cache plugin, so please try to clear it first and then reload.

For the other points 3 and 5, I would like to kindly ask you to open separate topics for it as they are different issues. Its easier then to find related question and to keep this forum readable.

I’m not sure which plugin you mean, but if the plugin is changing url based on some pattern, then use it. :)
